Grocery Deals this Week

Superstore:
Spend $150 get PC Super Soft toilet paper ($14.97 value) free
Boneless Blade roast $2.28/lb (not sure if this is good)
Cheerios 260-330g $1.99
Mann's Sugar Snap Peas $5.98/2lbs
Cauliflower $1.68 each
Casa Mendosa tortilla (10/package) 2/$6
Yves Veggie Ground Round (vegetable based protein) $8.99/1.248kg
I love this stuff as a ground beef replacement. It's already cooked and you just add to things like chili and lasagna. Different taste but healthier. I recommend at least 1 meatless meal a week.
NN sour crem 500ml 2/$2.98
Stouffer's Saute Sensations $4.97 (limit 6, after limit $8.47) So high in sodium but sometimes you need a quick meal.
Hunt's snack pack 12 count pudding $2.97
Kraft PB 2kg $4.98
Sunrype 40x200ml juice boxes $9.99 (works out to $1.24/5 boxes, okay deal, I think they are usually $1.80 or more, and this price applies to real juice only, not the 'beverages' that are more added sugar than fruit juice)
COUPON: Save $5 when you spend $29 or more on JOE kids' outerwear
Pampers big pack diapers (48-112) $19.99 (reg $26.99)

Baby fest on now, lots of good deals on baby essentials and not so essentials

McGavin's Bread Basket (north End)
Last friday of every month is customer appreciation, save either 10 or 20% (can't remember) but it's a good deal.

Nutrition Tip for the week: Be strong. Avoid buying the Halloween candy. It's only September. You know if you buy now you're just going to eat it. Spend the money on fruit and vegetables instead.
