Frugal Shopping

I've been following http://www.mrsjanuary.com/ for awhile now. She is Canadian, based out east and posts lots of deals including food, coupons and retail. Good to check every few days.
I found http://www.frugaledmontonmama.com/ last night. Not as detailed as the other site but more local.
Just a reminder that Today (Monday) is 10% day at Co-Op and tomorrow is 10-15% day at Save-On, Sobeys and Safeway.
If you're on Facebook and want to be added to the group "Red Deer Clippers" - focuses on coupon trading, let me know and I'll add you. I still haven't decided if it's helping me or not because I'm not a 'couponer'.

There wasn't much worth posting from the grocery ads this week.

A reminder that if you're ordering apples from church your orders and payment need to be in by next Sunday (Thanksgiving). If you'll be away contact the RS president (I believe). These are 40lb boxes for ~$25-27.50 each (max $0.69/lb). Good deal but a lot of apples.
