Once again I have failed to get this posted. Thanks Liesel for stepping up to the plate. I'm hoping that one day soon that my life will get off light speed and slow to a mere fast track.

NoFrills - some pretty sweet deals. I don't know if they are open on Canada Day, so you may want to double check before going out.

  1. So, totally ignore the fact that I am a dietitian, but Chef Boyardee is on for 5/$5 too. I like if for a quick, cheap meal once in a blue moon (like once a year).
