Health Tip of the Day: when buying burgers and smokies for all your summer BBQ'ing, look at the fat content. You can easily find most smokies with 25g of fat each and M&M burgers can have 25-30g of fat. Buy turkey or the PC blue menu smokies which have only about 10g of fat each (not great but saves you 15g fat/135kcal) and buy small burgers (3-4oz), low fat if possible. Make your own if you're really keen.
